ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill., June 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Apple Vacationers in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic have a new option for adults-only luxury starting Nov. 1, 2012 with the grand re-opening of the completely renovated Riu Palace Macao. In the fall, Apple Vacations will operate its exclusive vacation flights to Punta Cana nonstop from nine U.S. cities. Additionally, Apple Vacations sells scheduled air packages from cities nationwide.

Riu Palace Macao is elegant with a colonial style, set amidst natural tropical beauty fronting a gorgeous white beach. Guests can enjoy the casino and entrance to the disco nightly. Dining choices range from international, Japanese, Krystal Fusion, Steakhouse and Italian. Guests also have exchange privileges with Riu Bambu and Riu Naiboa.
The updated Riu Palace Macao will also feature free Wi-Fi in the lobby and guest rooms starting in November.
Other renovations at Riu Palace Macao include:
- Rooms, renovated in new style
- All rooms w/ shower instead of tub
- Renovation & redesign of the pool
- A 2nd pool w/ swim-up bar will be built

- New "Volare" Italian restaurant

Three nights from Chicago in November are just $1181 per person, including nonstop, round trip air from O'Hare, hotels transfers, all meals and drinks, the services of an in-resort Apple Representative and all taxes and fuel. Seven nights in November from Baltimore and Philadelphia only $1381 per person (+$10 from Cleveland and Pittsburgh).
