Travel Experts, Inc. Announces 2012 Diamond Awards and Exclusive Events at Virtuoso Travel Week

RALEIGH, N.C., Aug. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --  Travel Experts, a top Virtuoso agency, announced that it would be awarding 12 recipients the Travel Experts Diamond Award. This honor recognizes Independent Contractors and staff who have been affiliates of Travel Experts for 10 years or more. Diamond Award recipients receive a special gift in celebration of their many years of loyalty to Travel Experts. This is the second year for the award and in 2011 Travel Experts gave out 29 awards.

Seven Vendors Sponsor Exclusive Travel Experts-Only Events

Travel Experts Independent Contractors will benefit from a full line-up of exclusive meetings and social gatherings at Virtuoso's Travel Week this year in Las Vegas.  The events will include an IslandLuxe, Places of Personality Opening Night Reception hosted by Karen Bull and 10 of her hoteliers on Saturday, August 11.  There will also be a pizza party sponsored by Silversea, Waldorf Properties and Travelex hosted by Kim Westoff, Director of Luxury Accounts from Waldorf Properties.  Finally, there will be luncheons hosted by Four Seasons Hotels, Regent Cruises, Classic Vacations and Starwood Cruises and breakfast with Tauck Tours.  Plus, there will be a Travel Experts Strategy session Wednesday, August 15.
