Travel Advantage Network Announces Appointment of Chief Operating Officer
Former Rouse Company executive takes on new role for travel company.
MILLERSVILLE, Md., June 17, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Travel Advantage Network (TAN), a vacation accommodations program, announced today that Melanie M. Lundquist has been appointed chief operating officer. Lundquist brings more than 25 years of operations and finance experience and most recently served as chief financial officer for TAN. In her expanded role, Lundquist will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and provide strategic oversight to deliver a high-quality service model to the company's 83,000 clients.
Lundquist is known for her thought leadership on organizational change management and value-based management. She has extensive leadership experience through her roles at The Rouse Company, Haven Custom Homes and Municipal Mortgage and Equity. Lundquist also serves as a board member of Humanim, Inc., a nonprofit human service provider in Baltimore, Maryland, specializing in workforce development and clinical support services for at-risk populations.
