Tranzbyte's OneBode™ and DreamBrands™ Announce Strategic Cross Marketing Agreement
TEMPE, Ariz., Dec. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tranzbyte Corporation (OTC Pink: ERBB) announced today that its subsidiary OneBode International (pronounced One Body) has reached a cross marketing agreement that both parties anticipate will result in a highly mutually beneficial strategic alliance and increased sales for 2014 and beyond. DreamBrands (http://dreambrands.com) is a highly respected manufacturer and distributor of age-defying products including MDrive™ and XDrive™.
Also based in Phoenix, DreamBrands has assembled a team of specialists including chemists, scientists, formulators, food technologists, engineers, designers and marketers. In the last 20 years, this management team has successfully launched over 75 products. DreamBrands was formed in order to give the world new products that the company felt it needed most - products that would improve quality of life and help defy aging.
According to DreamBrands president, Gary Kehoe, "We're excited about the collaboration; it'll allow us the opportunity to add several One Bode enzyme formulas into the DreamBrands family of products while at the same time One Bode will have the opportunity to offer DreamBrands proven formulas to its customers. But, what really excites me is about people - bringing like-minded health and science advocates together. We appreciate one another's commitment to offering quality, efficacious, safe, and unique formulas."
OneBode offers the highest grade of whole food nutrients proven by research to help support nutritional goals. OneBode does not include different forms of the same nutrients in its formulas. Whatever research has shown to be the best form is used. Ongoing dedication to our customers includes making sure that our formulas and ingredients are based on the most up-to-date research available.
"The opportunity to work with such a respected company devoted to health advocacy just makes good sense" say Sean Loomer, founder of OneBode. "Both companies' products are solid in their own right, but when taken together to support an enhanced healthy lifestyle. DreamBrands, along with their cadre of food technologists, will be especially helpful to Tranzbyte subsidiary, Altitude Organix, when the company begins adding infused edibles and drinkables to its Zazzz product line."
In addition, each company is utilizing their own marketing and sales channels to cross-promote to largely separate customer bases. Through these increased channels the companies are confident that their respective sales efforts will see substantial and sustained growth in the coming months and years to come.
