Transwestern's Strategic Approach Increases Barrett Office Center Occupancy By 56 Percent

ATLANTA, Jan. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Transwestern's Atlanta office today announces Barrett Office Center, a two-building office campus is nearly 98 percent leased, compared to 42 percent occupancy at the beginning of 2014. Transwestern's Senior Vice President Matt Spickard and Director Greg Frankum developed an aggressive and strategic approach to turn around the Class A asset in the Kennesaw submarket of Georgia. The largest tenant signed this year is CryoLife, which leased 24,980 square feet.
