Transwestern Strengthens Northeast Property Management Platform To Support Ongoing Expansion

Robert L. Chenoweth Promoted to Senior Vice President; Erika Morasco Toscani Joins Firm as Vice President

PARSIPPANY, N.J., Oct. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Transwestern today announced the promotion of Robert Chenoweth, PE, to senior vice president of property management for the Northeast region. Additionally, the firm announced that Erika Morasco Toscani, an industry veteran with more than 15 years of experience, has joined the firm as a vice president. Chenoweth and Toscani are both based in Transwestern's New Jersey office.

As senior vice president of property management, Chenoweth is responsible for directing, controlling, planning, operating and scheduling all property management assignments within the Northeast region.

Chenoweth brings more than 30 years of experience to his role, having handled all aspects of commercial real estate, including corporate outsourcing and account management, asset and portfolio management, construction management and business expansion, including facilities maintenance, project management, space management, energy management and lease administration activities.

Before joining Transwestern, Toscani served as a portfolio manager with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where she oversaw a 2.2 million-square-foot portfolio and acted as a client relations lead. She also previously served as a senior property manager for such clients as Invesco, Principal Real Estate and TIAA-CREF and began her career as a facility manager for Schering Plough. Throughout her career, Toscani managed several million square feet of Class A and B office buildings, retail and flex/warehouse space and was responsible for portfolio oversight of the New Jersey and Lehigh Valley management service accounts, which included corporate facility management, third-party agency contracts, building personnel and accounting staff.
