Transwestern Named A Top "Best Place To Work" In N.J. By NJBIZ For Second Consecutive Year

Parsippany, N.J., May 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Transwestern today announces it has been named the No. 2 "Best Place to Work" in New Jersey by NJBIZ, earning a top spot in the large companies category for the second year in a row. The award was bestowed upon the commercial real estate firm during an awards ceremony held at the Hilton East Brunswick on April 30. The company earned the No. 1 spot on the 2014 list.

The selected companies were broken into two categories – small companies with 15 to 249 employees and large companies with more than 250 employees. The first phase of the selection process consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second portion consisted of an employee survey conducted by Best Companies Group to measure employee engagement and satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
