Transwestern Expands Southeast Region With Addition Of Veteran Bo Jackson As Managing Director
ATLANTA, Dec. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Transwestern's Atlanta office today announced Bo Jackson has joined the firm as managing director and partner. He will partner with Bruce Ford, Transwestern's Southeast Region president, to oversee the firm's service lines, execute business development efforts and recruiting strategies, as well as expand on the development and investment business.

Jackson is a 33-year industry veteran, offering a diverse resume that includes leasing and sales brokerage, advisory, valuation, asset management, investment services, real estate development and project management. Over the course of his career, Jackson has provided real estate solutions to multi-market corporations, local firms and both private and institutional investors.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Jackson served as executive vice president for Colonial Properties Trust, overseeing a portfolio of approximately $3 billion in managed assets across 145 properties in six states. Before that, he held executive and director level positions with Beacon Properties and Hines and has served with other major real estate companies, including Vantage, The Landmarks Group and Paragon Group.
Jackson will officially join the team on January 2, 2013, providing the firm with a great start to the new year as it continues its goal of becoming the number one real estate value creator in America.
