Transwestern Continues Rapid Southeast Expansion with addition of Kristi Farley as Vice President of Tenant Advisory Services
Firm also adds Michael Anderson as Research Manager and Mary Jane Credeur and Thomas Savage as Analysts
ATLANTA, Oct. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Transwestern's Atlanta office today announced it has recruited commercial real estate expert and workplace strategist Kristi Farley to help further expand its tenant advisory services (TAS) group. As vice president with the firm, Farley will specialize in developing intelligent business solutions that assist clients in making more effective real estate decisions and achieving optimized outcomes for their businesses.
"We are thrilled to welcome Kristi to our Atlanta office and our growing team of professionals," said Clark Dean, senior managing director and partner. "She brings a 16-year track record of delivering business-driven workplace solutions for a long list of blue-chip clients. Kristi brings a fresh perspective and approach to tenant advisory services that challenges conventional thinking in the industry."
Farley joins Transwestern's Managing Directors Clark Dean and Bradley Fulkerson, both of whom were recruited in August to lead the firm's transaction sciences platform — an innovative new platform focused on producing outlier real estate outcomes that maximize business value for users of space.
Farley was previously a managing director with Newmark's Global Corporate Services and Consulting Group in New York City, where she worked on many of the firm's most complex corporate real estate portfolios. Prior to that, she was a workplace strategist for UGL/Equis where she focused on top line revenue and productivity improvements on behalf of her tenant clients.
Additionally, Michael Anderson has joined the firm as research manager, where he will oversee the firm's research platform by tracking, analyzing and interpreting statistical data and industry trends. He will also assist Transwestern's agency leasing, tenant advisory and capital markets teams by uncovering new opportunities in the marketplace.
Transwestern has also recruited two additional research analysts to support its expanding tenant advisory services group. Mary Jane Credeur has joined the firm as business and financial analyst and is responsible for gathering data and analyzing financial targets of clients. Additionally, Thomas Savage joined Transwestern as a business analyst, tactician and processor for Transwestern's TAS group. In this role, he will be directly involved in abstracting leases, reviewing documents and aiding Transwestern's clients throughout the transaction process.
