Industry Veteran Joins as Managing Senior Vice President

BOSTON, Feb. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Transwestern | RBJ today announced that Patrick Glynn has joined the firm as managing senior vice president to direct the firm's newly added property management operations.

Prior to joining Transwestern | RBJ, Glynn was a general manager with CB Richard Ellis, with responsibilities for the operations of 10 St. James Ave. and 75 Arlington St., an 850,000-square-foot, Class A office tower and 400-space parking garage facility located in Boston's Back Bay. He previously held positions at Broadway Real Estate Services, Beacon Capital Partners and Fidelity Investments. Notably, he was general manager of one of the most recognizable buildings in Boston, the iconic John Hancock Tower, and achieved LEED^® Silver certification for 10 St. James Ave.

Glynn graduated cum laude, Alpha Sigma Nu from Boston College with a bachelor's degree in corporate systems and holds an associate's degree in business management from Northeastern University. He is a member of BOMA Boston and was recognized by the group as the 2011 High Rise Property Manager of the Year. He is a member of the Board of Selectmen in the town of Wakefield and has served as the board's chairman.
