With nearly twenty years of experience working with global banks and insurance companies, Matt has expertise in corporate strategy, M&A, operations, risk management, project management, and information technology. He has deep domain knowledge in vendor management, outsourcing / offshoring, operations management, metrics, contact centers, and operational risk management.

Matt has a bachelor's degree in physics from Princeton University, and a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law. He is a registered patent attorney admitted before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
