TransMedia Group to Paint Publicity on Larger PR Canvas For Artist and Muralist Ken Beberman Whose Works Merge Art Deco, Cubism and Fauve
BOCA RATON, Fla. , March 4, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- TransMedia Group has announced today that it has been named the public relations agency of record by South Florida-based artist and muralist Ken Beberman (www.beberman.com), whose eye-catching works were responsible in transforming the Art Deco District of Miami Beach into a historically designated space, all with the aim of making art accessible for all.
TransMedia will show Beberman's unique work, rooted in Art Deco, Cubism and Fauve that can be found on permanent display at marquee galleries throughout Florida, such as Gallery Art in Aventura, Florida to The Heart of Art in Delray Beach, Florida and others. This coming April, he will be on showing at the famed Artexpo New York, where he's represented by the noted Marilyn Goldberg of Museum Masters, who has overseen the works of bold-faced artists such as Andy Warhol and Romero Britto.
"Art lovers in South Florida know well Beberman's art from his permanent exhibition at The Carlyle in South Beach to Art Basel where his remarkable works are among the hottest sellers," said TransMedia CEO Tom Madden, who over the years has orchestrated PR programs for many leading artists, from LeRoy Neiman to legendary Indian artist M.F. Husain.
From the early 1980s, Beberman was one of a handful of artists who made it possible for the Art Deco District of Miami Beach's historical designation and TransMedia will show how his art was featured in many of the restoration projects in the period.
"Our publicity program will show how Beberman, having grown up in the Golden Isles of Georgia, was surrounded by art and artists, started painting at age five and how after graduating from Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida, he became a leading artist in the Art Deco District of Miami Beach," said Madden.
Beberman has been commissioned by private clients as well as notable individuals, from New York Yankees pitcher Aroldis Chapman to Olympic Gold Medalist swimmer Dara Torres. "We're thrilled to publicize his latest works in his unique Art Deco Style embracing cubism and fauve from this prolific master," said Madden, who is one of his most ardent admirers and collectors.
