TransForce Names Chief Operating Officer

ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- TransForce announced the addition of Jeff Meyer to the Senior Management Team as Chief Operating Officer based in Alexandria, Virginia.  In this role, Mr. Meyer will oversee all aspects of national service delivery operations, sales, marketing and compliance.

Prior to joining TransForce, Mr. Meyer served for over four years as the Vice President and General Manager of Distribution for Johnson Controls where he was responsible for business development, sales, marketing, logistics and distribution for North America   Mr. Meyer's prior experience includes ten years serving in senior leadership roles for Field Services, a division of Sears Holdings and prior management roles at Ryder and ABF Freight Systems.
