Trans Global Group Will Focus on VersaGreen Energy's Expansion

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Feb. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Trans Global Group, Inc. (PinkSheets: TGGI) has completed an in-depth review on the Company's planned future acquisitions and decided to concentrate current efforts on VersaGreen Energy and its expansion in the US and abroad. 

TGGI is in the process of merging products of FederaLED with VersaGreen Energy Corporation.  TGGI's CEO Chris Clarke states, "Merging FederaLED's products into VersaGreen Energy will aid the Company in reaching their international sales benchmarks." 

Trans Global Group has decided not to move forward at this time with the acquisition of the waste remediation company.  TGGI's CEO Chris Clarke states, "Trans Global Group will re-visit the possibility of acquiring the waste remediation company later this year.  Our current focus is on aiding VersaGreen Energy with their expansion into the government sector in Costa Rica.  This makes the most sense financially moving forward at this time.  I feel great about the direction of TGGI."  VersaGreen Energy will be presenting proposals to the Costa Rican Government on LED and Renewable Energy Products prior to the end of the first quarter of this year.
