Tranquil Healthcare Fund I, LLC Announces up to $50 Million Regulation A Offering Available to Investors

NEW YORK, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Tranquil Healthcare Fund I, LLC (the "Company") today announced that its Regulation A offering of up to $50,000,000 of Class A Preferred Shares (representing LLC membership interests) (the "Shares") is now available to accredited and non-accredited investors. The offering statement on Form 1-A was qualified by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 29, 2026.

The offering is structured as a Tier 2 Regulation A offering on a best-efforts basis. Shares are being offered at a purchase price of $10.00 per Share, with a minimum investment of $2,500, and are available to both accredited and non-accredited investors, subject to eligibility requirements and investment limitations described in the Offering Circular. TMS Market Opportunity
The Company was formed to partner with clinic operators and finance the equipment and machinery to support the build-out of mental health clinics, with a primary focus on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation ("TMS") therapy. TMS is a non-invasive neuromodulation therapy that received FDA clearance in the United States in 2008 for major depressive disorder in adults who had not responded to at least one antidepressant medication. Using targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate regions of the brain associated with mood regulation, TMS offers a clinically validated treatment pathway for patients who have not responded adequately to conventional pharmacological therapies.
