EXCELSIOR, Minn., Feb. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading Real Estate Companies of the World nabbed the No. 1 listing on the 2018 Training Top 125. New York Community Bancorp and BNSF Railway Company retained their spots, No. 2 and No. 4, respectively. Sonic Automotive moved up to No. 3. Now in its 18th year, the Training Top 125 is the only report that ranks companies unsurpassed in harnessing human capital. The Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee training and development, the scope of training programs, how closely training and development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives, and their effectiveness in terms of business impact.
Training magazine recognized the 2018 Training Top 125 winners with crystal awards and revealed their rankings during the Training Top 125 Masquerade Ball held last night during the Training 2018 Conference & Expo at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA. The black-tie gala was sponsored by Brella, Pelucida, Seiko, and the Training Top 10 Hall of Fame. Brella spearheaded the event production. Pelucida created the crystal awards. And Seiko served as the official timekeeper of the event and provided keepsake watches and the commemorative clock for the No. 1 winner.
During the gala, Training inducted Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Keller Williams Realty, Inc., into the Training Top 10 Hall of Fame after they ranked in the Top 10 of the Training Top 125 companies for four consecutive years.
