TRAFFIQ Adds Veteran Leadership for Next Phase of Growth
Top Agency and Technology Talent Join Leadership Team
NEW YORK, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- TRAFFIQ®, the digital media workflow platform, announced today the addition of two key hires: new Chief Product Officer, Eric Picard, and new SVP, Client Services, Lori Goldberg. Both will join TRAFFIQ's management team in November, reporting to recently appointed CEO Nick Pahade, the digital agency veteran known for founding Beyond Interactive.
Lori Goldberg, who has held senior client facing roles at Initiative and most recently Razorfish, has worked with some of interactive media's largest clients, including Capital One, Microsoft, and eTrade. Goldberg will bring her considerable experience to bear managing TRAFFIQ's account management, media, and ad operations teams.
Eric Picard, the Microsoft veteran and founder of Bluestreak, brings over 14 years of industry experience to his role at TRAFFIQ. An advertising platform specialist, Picard is known as a thought leader in advertising technology. He was instrumental in the early development of many of today's standard technologies. Picard has been the catalyst behind numerous groundbreaking technology innovations across such diverse areas as rich media advertising, 3rd party ad serving, mobile advertising, automated creative optimization, video advertising, local advertising, ad exchanges and real-time bidding, paid search, and advertising in software applications, among others.
"Behind the world's most successful technologies are great people," said Nick Pahade. "The media business has always been a blend of technology and service. With Eric Picard leading the development of our platform, and Lori Goldberg driving the service strategy behind it, we are poised to bring a great deal of innovation to the way digital media is bought and delivered."
TRAFFIQ, founded in 2006, provides workflow solutions that enable advertisers to manage all aspects of digital media, and is the platform of record for many independent advertising agencies, including those aligned with Magnet Global, Worldwide Partners, AMIN, and TAAN. With an active marketplace of over 2,500 online publishers, TRAFFIQ also gives publishers the ability to sell premium and remnant inventory directly to advertisers with full deal point control. The company has recently announced the integration of SEM and real-time-bidding technology into its web-based management tool.
"The future of media will be one that offers both the demand and supply sides a solution that allows for transparency and control," remarked Picard, adding, "But the winning platform will be the one that significantly increases efficiency and dramatically improves performance. TRAFFIQ has made great headway here, and I'm excited to join the team."
"As an agency person, the value of a platform like TRAFFIQ is easy to understand," said Goldberg. "We have to innovate with our people as well as our code. Great media—and performance—come from people using technology, and am looking forward to providing even better results for our clients."
