Tracy Woolsey Named Chapter Officer of the Year by The ESOP Association

WASHINGTON, May 8, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Tracy E. Woolsey of Horizon Bancorp, located in Michigan City, Indiana, was named the 2014 Chapter Officer of the Year by The ESOP Association. The award was presented at the Association's 37^th Annual Conference in Washington, DC. The ESOP Association is the national trade association for companies with employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and the leading voice in America for employee ownership.

Ms. Woolsey has been actively involved with the Association on both the Chapter and National levels for several years. She is currently President of the Association's Indiana Chapter and has been influential in the development of the Chapter's programming and events. Ms. Woolsey has been active in sharing the employee ownership message and working to promote the Association to new members in the Indiana Chapter.
