KIRKLAND, Wash., April 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- INRIX® today announced Tracy Daw, formerly senior vice president and Chief Legal Officer of RealNetworks, Inc., is joining INRIX as the company's General Counsel reporting to CEO Bryan Mistele.

At RealNetworks, Daw was responsible for managing all of the company's global legal affairs and corporate development efforts. Since joining RealNetworks in 2000, he played a key role in all of the company's corporate transactions and oversaw all SEC-related matters. In 2010, RealNetworks promoted Daw to Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. Previously, he was a partner in the law firm of Sidley Austin in Chicago. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1990, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in 1987.
