Trace3 has had a successful year so far in 2010 which leaves many wondering what sets them apart. You could point to CEO, Hayes Drumwright or look wider such as revenue growth and strategic partnership but for Trace3's Director of Marketing & Business Development, Sandy Salty, culture is a critical piece of the formula. "People are always interested in Trace3's formula for success and there is one, but the mystery is not in the formula, it's in how our culture fits into that formula. The thing is, every CEO aspires for company growth, the hard part is how do you maintain an exceptional company culture while you are achieving this success... There is an obvious answer. Eliminate the 'just.' If you think of any of your employees as 'just-' anything, 'just secretary,' then they will think of your business as 'just' their place of employment. Excellence and 'just' really don't go together. We are all honored by this award and are very proud of the culture we have built and continue to maintain at Trace3," says Sandy.

The final 45 companies featured, represent the top employers from the nearly 100 local organizations surveyed and divided into three categories: large, medium, and small (based upon number of employees).
