TRACE Publishes Updated Guidance on Third Party Due Diligence
ANNAPOLIS, Md., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ --TRACE announces the publication of its updated due diligence manual, The TRACE Due Diligence Guidebook: Doing Business with Intermediaries Internationally. The original Guidebook, published in 2002 as the TRACE Standard, represented the first comprehensive benchmarking research of its kind. With this updated version, TRACE continues to provide multinational companies with practical, step-by-step advice on how to select intermediaries, how to assess categories of risk, what types of information to collect during the due diligence process, and how to manage third-party relationships. The levels of due diligence described correspond to the due diligence services offered by TRACE: TRACEcheck, the TRACEstandard, TRACEreview and TRACE's newest offering, TRACEselect. The Guidebook is publicly available on the TRACE website: www.traceinternational.org.
