The Paragon Awards acknowledge achievements in two categories:

The Best Sourcing Relationship Award recognizes collaborations between clients and service providers that demonstrate alignment of mutual objectives; a one-team culture; impact on business results of the client and on operational efficiencies for both parties; better-than-anticipated performance; and efficient cost-to-serve.
