TP-LINK Officially Rolls Out BizCare Partner Program to Help U.S. Partners Jumpstart 2013 Sales
CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., Feb. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TP-LINK, a global provider of networking products, has partnered with its key distributors to formally roll out the BizCare Partner Program in 2013. BizCare will provide U.S. resellers with the essential resources to grow their business.
BizCare features four tiers -- Registered, Silver, Gold, and Platinum -- based on partners' quarterly purchases from TP-LINK's authorized distributors. The program will provide partners with easier access to TP-LINK's dealer resources and complete product line. For each tier, TP-LINK offers added partner discounts, exclusive promotions and sales, marketing and technical support. BizCare partners at the top three levels will also have access to a dedicated program rep.
Registered Partners are those with quarterly purchases less than $500. Silver Partners are between $500 and $5,000. Gold Partners are between $5,000 and $10,000. Platinum Partners are over $10,000. Participating resellers can move up or down tiers based on their purchases and will receive the corresponding benefit the following quarter.
Program highlights include an up to 10% quarterly rebate on all products to help dealers increase margins. Other highlights include:
- Program-wide Promotion. Exclusive promotions throughout the year via promotional e-blasts.
- Demo Program. 30% discount for models dealers want to test drive.
- Special Pricing. Special pricing through distributors on large volume projects or bids when working with a program rep.
- Training Webinars.
- Level Two Technical Support for the top three tiers.
- Marketing Support for the top three levels.
- Priority RMA for Gold and Platinum partners.
- Demo Review Program at the Gold and Platinum level.
- Solution Assistance. For Platinum partners, presale consultation and solution design for projects.
- 15-Day Price Protection. Platinum partners receive price protection if TP-LINK has a price drop in the channel.
TP-LINK's BizCare program also features a Partner Portal to help dealers take advantage of special incentives and useful information such as sales and rebate reports; marketing resources, brochures, images; training materials; current promotions available to dealers; MAP Price Search to check minimum advertised prices; and a help center to get assistance with any request.
"BizCare will provide our partners with the resources to increase their margins and provide better service to increase their sales and help us raise our profile among SMB/SOHO customers," said Lewis Wu, Country Manager of TP-LINK USA. "Partners also benefit because TP-LINK's product line is manufactured in-house and not outsourced like other major wireless vendors. This ensures greater quality control and the ability to tailor future solutions to market needs."
Participating BizCare distributors include ASI Corp., Bass Computer, D&H Distributing, Ingram Micro, Ma Labs, Moonblink, Synnex and Wynit. Prospective BizCare Partner Program participants can register on TP-LINK's website http://www.tp-link.us/var/us/Login.aspx.
