Town Center Wine & Spirits Now Open At The Gateway at UTC

Town Center Wine & Spirits is the most recent business to join the 54,000 square foot Gateway center, which opened in April 2016.  Shortly after Safeway's opening MedStar Health, Unleashed by Petco, and Phenix Salon Suites also opened for business.  Pollo Campero will be opening by the end of the year.  The 4,000 square foot Wine & Spirits store offers a wide selection of craft beers, wines, and discounted liquor, all presented in an upscale retail space.  Store hours are 9am-11pm Sunday through Thursday and 9am-12am Friday and Saturday.  "Finding a high quality purveyor of wine and spirits was very important to both this project and to Safeway," said Nicole Zupan, Director of Leasing for Gateway at UTC. "Town Center Wine & Spirits provides that niche, while filling an important end-cap position that will connect Gateway at UTC with existing specialty shops and merchants located north along America Boulevard."
