TowerPoint Capital Announces Significant Investment in Vendor Services Business for 2016

ATLANTA, Dec. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- TowerPoint Capital, a leading institutional investor in and manager of wireless real estate across the United States, announced today a significant growth investment in the company's vendor services business for 2016.  TowerPoint launched its services unit in Q2-2015, separate from the company's primary balance sheet investing business, which acquires real estate and leases space to major wireless service providers including AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile as well as the publicly traded Tower Companies, including Crown Castle International and American Tower Corporation.  "The firm continues to actively diversify and invest in businesses that leverage our deep expertise in wireless real estate and related assets," said Jesse Wellner, TowerPoint CEO.
