Tower Three Partners Announces the Appointment of Debra Bricker as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer

GREENWICH, Conn., March 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Tower Three Partners, a leading operationally-oriented private equity firm that invests in a concentrated portfolio of U.S.-based middle market companies, today announced that Debra Bricker has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Bricker succeeds Chris Jacobs who has retired.

Ms. Bricker joins Tower Three with more than 16 years of private equity and financial management experience. She brings extensive leadership experience, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Harvest Partners, LP. Ms. Bricker is a New York Certified Public Accountant.

About Debra Bricker

Ms. Bricker has more than 16 years of private equity and financial management experience. Prior to joining Tower Three, Ms. Bricker was the Chief Financial Officer at Harvest Partners, LP, a New York-based middle market private equity firm and registered investment adviser with more than $2 billion in assets under management. She also served as Harvest's Chief Compliance Officer from 2011 to 2013. Prior to joining Harvest, Debra was a Senior Accountant at Schroders in New York and Singapore. Ms. Bricker began her career at Coopers & Lybrand in its capital markets division. Additionally, she is a Founding Member of the Board of Directors of the NY Private Equity & VC Chapter of the Financial Executive's Alliance (FEA).

Ms. Bricker has a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Hofstra University and is a New York Certified Public Accountant.
