Tower Companies Announces Unleashed by PETCO™ Signs 10-Year Retail Lease at Aspen Hill Shopping Center

ROCKVILLE, Md., Dec. 13, 2010 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Tower Companies announced today that Unleashed by PETCO™, a community pet store introduced by leading pet specialty retailer PETCO, has signed a 10-year lease for 5,550 square feet of retail space at Aspen Hill Shopping Center.  This adds another national retailer to the popular center with over 30 shops and restaurants, including: Giant Foods, CVS, Panera Bread, Chipotle, Five Guys, Hallmark, Dress Barn, My Eye Dr, U.S. Post Office, Next Day Blinds, Sleepy's - The Mattress Professionals, Verizon Go Wireless, and more.

Located at Connecticut Avenue and Aspen Hill Road in Silver Spring, Maryland, Unleashed by PETCO™ offers high-quality pet products and food in a convenient, neighborhood setting, and provides the value, variety and knowledgeable service busy pet parents need to keep their pets healthy and happy.
