SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tower Arch Capital, in partnership with Founder and CEO Robert Myers IV, announced today it has completed the recapitalization of Hard Rock Directional Drilling, LLC. Hard Rock is a San Antonio, TX based specialty-boring and services company primarily serving the energy industry. Hard Rock is the partner of choice for energy and pipeline companies looking for safe and on-time performance with the toughest horizontal directional bores in the installation of oil and gas pipelines.

Founded by Robert Myers in 2003, the company has extensive knowledge of and a local presence in five locations across Texas, including sites in the Eagle Ford and Permian Basins. The company has successfully completed over 1.75 million feet of bores to satisfy the continually growing demand for gathering and transmission infrastructure. Hard Rock also offers ancillary services, including hydro excavation, oilfield services, and equipment fabrication.
