Tournament Players Club Hits a Hole in One with CorTec Enterprise
BOULDER, Colo., Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Culinary Software Services, the leading provider of back-of-the-house software for the foodservice industry, announced that the Tournament Players Club (TPC) has upgraded to CorTec Enterprise MMX (2010) throughout their organization.
The Tournament Players Club network, which includes 23 facilities (including some still in development) across the U.S., has been a wildly successful venture for the PGA TOUR. These courses, maintained to the highest quality, serve as tournament sites and are complemented by quality practice facilities for TOUR members.
Tournament Players Club uses CorTec Enterprise to track inventory at multiple locations, manage their purchasing and cost out numerous events. CorTec Enterprise will be used along with ChefTec Mobile for ordering and inventory control and the seamless electronic data interchange (EDI) interface with Sysco Foods. This Sysco Foods EDI interface will allow TPC's food and beverage management to update pricing, place orders and download invoices directly into their CorTec Enterprise system, without data entry.
"TPC - Sawgrass is a big operation. At Sawgrass we are tracking inventory in 32 different locations and have three dining rooms and five banquet rooms. CorTec Enterprise is an important part of our organization," said Amanda Jacobs, TPC – Sawgrass. "CorTec Enterprise makes it easy for the resort to move inventory where it is needed as well as providing an efficient means of costing out event menus."
The power of CorTec Enterprise Software will be on display at Booth #7728 at the 2010 Golf Industry Show on February 10-11, 2010 at the San Diego Convention Center. All of the newest functionality available in the recently released versions, CorTec MMX and ChefTec MMX, will be featured at the Show.
