Touchstone Bank names Vera H. Primm as Chief Financial Officer

MCKENNEY, Va., March 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Touchstone Bank (OTC Pink: TSBA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Vera H. Primm as Chief Financial Officer, a position that was previously served by Philip Cardwell.  Ms. Primm has dedicated three decades to Virginia's finance and banking industry.  Having previously served her most recent tenure as Chief Financial of Citizens Community Bank and previously at Bank of Virginia, Peoples Bank of Virginia and F&M Bank-Richmond, she prefers the spirit of a community bank and is well-positioned to oversee all financial functions of Touchstone Bank.  Originally from Virginia's Northern Neck, Primm earned her undergraduate degree in mathematics and classical studies from Mary Washington College (now, the University of Mary Washington), with postgraduate work in Civil Engineering.  She also is a graduate of the VBA School of Executive Banking.
