SÃO PAULO, Jan. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TOTVS S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: TOTS3), the leader in the development of integrated enterprise management software, business and technology platforms in Brazil and Latin America, announces today its results for the fourth quarter (4Q14) and fiscal year of 2014.

  • Net Revenue: R$455.7 million in 4Q14 (+5.6% vs. 4Q13) and R$1,772.4 million in 2014 (+10.0% vs. 2013).
  • Recurring Revenue: R$270.2 million in 4Q14 (+13.2% vs. 4Q13) and R$1,044.8 million in 2014 (+14.4% vs. 2013).
  • Subscription clients addition: 295 clients in 4Q14 (+156.5% vs. 4Q13) and 849 in 2014 (+8.6% vs. 2013).
  • EBITDA: R$106.5 million in 4Q14 (+5.6% vs. 4Q13) and R$436.6 million in 2014 (+8.6% vs. 2013).
  • Net Income: R$69.1 million in 4Q14 (+13.7%. vs. 4Q13) and net margin of 15.2% (+110bp vs. 4Q13); in 2014, R$262.8 million (+17.8% vs. 2013) and net margin of 14.8% (+100bp vs. 2013).
  • Earnings per share: R$0.43 in 4Q14 (+14.3%. vs. 4Q13) and R$1.61 in 2014 (+17.4% vs. 2013).
  • Net Operating Cash Generation: R$91.6 million in 4Q14 (+32.0%. vs. 4Q13) and R$332.0 million in 2014 (+17.7% vs. 2013).
