Dr. Vineyard graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a degree in Biomedical Science. He then attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio, where he graduated first in his class and earned numerous awards including election to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. His subsequent internship and residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio allowed him to discover a passion for surgery of the foot and ankle. He was awarded a prestigious fellowship at Duke University under the supervision of some of the best foot and ankle surgeons in the country where he mastered complex orthopedic problems as well as severe traumatic injuries.
