As a result of these auction successes and Williams & Williams proven performance selling all types of real estate, the two companies just secured the listing to auction the Ampersand Bay Resort and Boat Club on Saranac Lake in early October.

This rarely offered year-round Adirondack home on Ampersand Bay on the north end of Saranac Lake in an exclusive neighborhood of 12 waterfront homes sold last month through an auction marketing campaign. Last month, two more privately owned Adirondack waterfront properties sold as a result of aggressive auction marketing campaigns.
