BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Oct. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading Pasadena area real estate agents Ted Clark and Heather Lillard have joined John Aaroe Group based out of the firm's offices in Old Town Pasadena. The duo has been tapped to help expand Aaroe Estates, the company's international luxury property division, in the San Gabriel Valley.
Clark and Lillard bring a wealth of combined experience in high-end Pasadena area real estate to the firm. Among their most recent transactions was this summer's sale of The Garford House, an iconic estate at 1126 Hillcrest Avenue, for just under $6 million.
Ted Clark is ranked among the top real estate agents in the country. He grew up in Pasadena and Altadena, and has been a noted Realtor in the area for over two decades. With deep-rooted connections in the local community, Clark draws on years of experience to win exceptional results for his upscale clients.
"Having worked with John at Prudential John Aaroe from 2000 to 2013, this feels like a homecoming to me, one that's enhanced by the opportunity to further expand the Aaroe Estates division," says Clark. "I've seen what's on the horizon for this company, and I'm excited to be part of it."
Heather Lillard launched her career at The Walt Disney Company as Director of Special Event Marketing, managing multimillion-dollar campaigns and blockbuster premieres. This background gave her an exceptional ability to create marketing strategies, orchestrate an infinite number of details, handle stress with grace, and create an exceptional experience for her clients.
"John Aaroe has become a major player in the Los Angeles market, and we are excited to help grow the estates division in the Pasadena area. Our clients will benefit from John Aaroe Group's skilled marketing exposure and high-end network," says Lillard. "The global websites they are launching this fall will add a powerful way to showcase our clients' properties to affluent foreign buyers."
The team's service to their Chinese clients was recently enhanced by the addition of agent Tracy Hsieh, who speaks fluent Mandarin. Tracy, a lifetime resident of the San Gabriel Valley, has a background in her family's business in custom home building and multifamily investment projects.
The announcement is the latest news from John Aaroe Group, ranked as the number one independent firm in the San Gabriel Valley on the Los Angeles Business Journal's 2015 list of top residential brokerage firms in the county. The publication also named the company one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles. On track to close over $2.3 billion in sales this year, the firm opened an office in Downtown LA this month and plans to open two more locations before the end of the year.
"Our goal is to serve our clients -- to carefully counsel them and skillfully represent them," says Founder and CEO John Aaroe. "We are very selective about the agents who join our firm. Ted Clark and Heather Lillard exemplify the ultimate in skill and professionalism, and both have impressive track records. I'm honored to welcome them to our company and to their roles in helping us develop Aaroe Estates in the San Gabriel Valley."
