HOUSTON, April 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Themed "Boosting Margins with Efficiency & Innovation," Hart Energy's DUG Permian Basin conference (@HartEnergyConf #DUGPB) reveals what's working in the nation's leading oil province.
