Rawn, a nationally recognized corporate lawyer with nearly 30 years of experience, has joined the New York office as a partner in its Corporate Practice. Mr. Rawn focuses on public and private company mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, securities law compliance and corporate governance matters. He has represented clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, life sciences, technology, telecommunications and private investment funds.

Mr. Rawn comes to Jenner & Block from Winston & Strawn's New York office, where he had been a partner since 2012.
