Bennett-Walls joined Vaco as the founding partner of the Florida offices in 2005. At the time, Vaco had no presence in the state of Florida. Her corporate experience on start up teams in Florida for Hilton and Disney, in addition to her 14 years supporting clients in Florida will serve as a backbone supporting Vaco in Miami. Bennett-Walls announced yesterday that Cynthia Garces will lead the new location as Managing Director. Garces has more than a decade of experience in permanent placement and recruiting in South Florida for two major S&P 500 publicly traded companies.
