Top Financial Executive Joins Vintage Wine Estates Senior Management Team

SANTA ROSA, Calif., July 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Vintage Wine Estates President Pat Roney announced the appointment of Karen L. Diepholz to Chief Financial Officer.

"Karen brings a wealth of professional experience to Vintage Wine Estates with a diverse background in financial management of consumer projects, technology and manufacturing companies. Her expertise in strategic business planning, mergers and acquisitions and organizational change management will be invaluable as our company continues to grow," said Roney.

Diepholz was most recently Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Equinox Payments, the former $70 million U.S. operation of Hypercom Corporation point-of-sale equipment, software and services based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis for Hypercom Corporation in Scottsdale. Diepholz has a Bachelor of Science in Business-Finance from Eastern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.

As Chief Financial Officer for Vintage Wine Estates, Diepholz will lead the Finance and Accounting, IT and Human Resource teams and will serve on the Executive Leadership Committee.
