WASHINGTON, April 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Rio de Janeiro is hosting the 9th Annual Latin American Leadership Forum, from May 9-11 at the world famous Copacabana Palace Hotel. The Leadership Forum hosts the leaders of the top 75 infrastructure projects in Latin America, with a total enterprise value of more than US$200 bn.

Keynote Addresses. Henrique Meirelles, Head of the Olympic Public Authority will deliver the keynote address at the Leadership Forum. After leading Brazil's economy over the last 8 years, a period of unprecedented growth and stability, President Dilma Rousseff appointed Mr. Meirelles to head the Rio Olympics Public Authority. Mr. Meirelles oversees a budget of more than US$14 bn. Additional keynote speakers include:
