Top 75 Infrastructure Projects in Latin America Announced

WASHINGTON, April 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Rio de Janeiro is hosting the 9th Annual Latin American Leadership Forum, from May 9-11 at the world famous Copacabana Palace Hotel. The Leadership Forum hosts the leaders of the top 75 infrastructure projects in Latin America, with a total enterprise value of more than US$200 bn.

"Latin America is riding a strong wave of growth, and this is being channeled into significant infrastructure project investment," according to Norman F. Keynote Addresses.  Henrique Meirelles, Head of the Olympic Public Authority will deliver the keynote address at the Leadership Forum. After leading Brazil's economy over the last 8 years, a period of unprecedented growth and stability, President Dilma Rousseff appointed Mr. Meirelles to head the Rio Olympics Public Authority. Mr. Meirelles oversees a budget of more than US$14 bn. Additional keynote speakers include:
