Top 15 Investment Strategies Soared Over the Market in 2014

BIGFORK, Mont., Feb. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Top 15 investment strategies of Dynamic Investor Pro scored impressive gains over the S&P 500 last year, according to Raymond Dominick CEO.  While users of the investment program can create their own strategies; many are included with the program.

These top strategies developed by Dynamic Investor Pro investment software had 2014 annual returns ranging from 11 percent to 45 percent for the year.

The best strategy of the bunch consisted of 43 high dividend paying stocks.  Another strategy based on sector ETFs resulted in a 28 percent return for the year.  A number of strategies based upon Fidelity Select mutual funds returned 20 - 33 percent for the year with an average of 24 percent.

Also included in the top strategies were ones based on bond ETFs, big cap stocks and a broad range of US focused ETFs.  The US focused ETF strategy, Dominick said, returned 27 percent in 2014.

Many of these investment strategies also reported annualized returns for the past ten years of 15 to 34 percent.

The high dividend strategy, for example has a compound annual return of 34 percent, Dominick said.  The ETF sector strategies were typically about 20-21 percent and the fidelity select strategies ranged from 15 to 24 percent compound annual returns since 2005.

Even the basic strategy that is included with the program recorded a gain of 22 percent last year with an annualized gain of 12 percent over the past 10 years.  This basic strategy utilizes three well know index ETFs:  Spider S&P500,  iShares 7-10 year treasury bond, and PIMCO's Enhanced short maturity, he said.

The investment strategies included with the program or in the separate user newsletter range from a variety of mutual fund investment families to groups of ETFs that cover different sectors or segments.  A variety of individual stock groups are included also so users have the choice of implementing trading strategies immediately or building their own.
