Tommy Zanetich Appointed EVP, Human Resources, Dean Foods
DALLAS, Feb. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Dean Foods Company (NYSE: DF) today announced the promotion of Tommy Zanetich, 59, to Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Dean Foods, effective immediately.

Zanetich joined Dean Foods in 2006 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for the WhiteWave Foods division, where he was instrumental in transforming the business from three separate legacy companies to a best-in-class packaged goods company. Zanetich's first priority in his new role is further aligning the entire Dean Foods organization behind its cost reduction initiatives.
Prior to Dean Foods, Zanetich served as the Vice President, Human Resources, for Kraft Foods North America Customer Development, leading a team of 40 human resource professionals for a $26 billion organization with 15,000 employees. During the 20 years he spent at Kraft/Nabisco in various executive positions, Tommy served as the senior HR advisor and led numerous staffing, employee relations, organizational development, and performance initiatives. His previous experience includes managing HR teams for leading packaged goods brands including Nabisco and General Foods.
