Tom Johnson Camping Launches 33rd Annual Customer Appreciation BBQ

MARION, N.C., Sept. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tom Johnson Camping Center today kicked off their Annual Customer Appreciation BBQ, a complimentary four day, three night event held to thank Tom Johnson Camping Center customers.  This year marks the 33^rd year of the annual customer appreciation event.

"The annual BBQ is a time for us to stop and say thanks to our customers," said Gary Stroud, Vice President. "We truly value the trust our customers place in us and this event allows us to show our appreciation."

The complimentary event this year will see live bands on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.  Friday will see a number of seminars from RV manufacturers, OEMs and even North Carolina State Park representation.  Saturday morning kicks off with a complimentary breakfast buffet followed by kiddie rides, horseshoe and holey board contests, bingo, a car show, a trailer rodeo and more.  Following a complimentary BBQ dinner, there is a live band and door prizes.  In addition, Tom Johnson Camping Center, in conjunction with Forest River, Inc. will award one lucky winner with a new Flagstaff RV.  Capping off the evening is a fireworks show.
