Bryan Brings With Him More Than 25 Years of Real Estate and Marketing Experience
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Douglas Elliman Real Estate announces industry veteran Tom Bryan has joined the company as Managing Broker of Elliman's Fort Lauderdale office at 2100 North Ocean Boulevard. With over 25 years of real estate and marketing experience, Mr. Bryan has developed a powerful network of clientele while overseeing marketing operations and facilitating transactions in New York, Washington, DC, and South Florida. Previously, Mr. Bryan managed regional offices for Coldwell Banker NRT and Sotheby's International Realty.

Mr. Bryan began his real estate career at Sotheby's International Realty in 1979, working in both New York and Washington, DC. He capped his career at the firm as manager of the Mid-Atlantic Operating Division, growing the territory from three states to nine and promoting the division to the second-most profitable nationally.
In 1998, Mr. Bryan moved to Coldwell Banker NRT where he played an integral role in both management and marketing. In 2001, Mr. Bryan ran the merger and acquisition of six companies to create Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Mid-Atlantic, overseeing 93 offices and 4,600 agents. He also led the marketing effort, including advertising, public relations, web administration, internet exposure, and luxury home marketing. From 2000-2012, he managed the firm's Georgetown office in Washington, DC, where he tripled the number of agents and more than doubled the number of transactions. Most recently, Mr. Bryan was a broker at Coldwell Banker NRT in Fort Lauderdale.

Before he began his real estate career, Me. Bryan was with the World Wildlife Fund U.S. in Washington, DC as Director of Corporate Fundraising. He graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Business.
