WASHINGTON, Sept. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Deloitte Tax LLP has selected Todd Wolosoff to lead its global transfer pricing practice. Wolosoff served for the last 16 months – and continues to serve – as the leader of the Deloitte's transfer pricing practice in the United States.

In his new role, Wolosoff will provide transfer pricing guidance and counsel to many of the world's leading multinational corporations. Deloitte's transfer pricing practice helps organizations manage risk and consider transfer pricing solutions in an environment of increasing tax complexity. Wolosoff succeeds Jeff Neuenschwander, who has moved to a new global role within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited.

Wolosoff joined Deloitte in 1983 and was named partner in 1987. He is a founding member of Deloitte's national transfer pricing leadership group and has served in a leadership position in the transfer pricing area for nearly three decades.

He has also directed audit teams that have negotiated successful settlements in more than 50 audit controversies.
He also enjoys a strong reputation for his experience conducting transfer pricing planning and documentation studies across a wide range of industries.
Wolosoff has received numerous awards and commendations for his innovative leadership in the industry spanning decades. He has been recognized by Euromoney as one of the world's leading transfer pricing advisors every year since the guide's inception in 1999. International Tax Review named Deloitte the "North America Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year," as well as "New York Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year" for 2011–2012. Wolosoff has also been recognized by Mondaq as one of the world's leading tax attorneys.
