Today Is National Donor Day

National Donor Day is supported by donation and healthcare nonprofits across the country and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  It's a day to bring awareness to organ donation and to recognize those who have given the gift of donation, received a donation, and are currently waiting to receive a donation.  Today, 119,000 patients are on the waiting list to receive a lifesaving organ transplant.
