The promotions were global in span and covered a multitude of departments, including Digital Strategy, Product Development, Media Planning, Metrics, Account Services and New Business.
Below are some of the team members who were promoted.
Having spent nearly eight years with TMP in various sales roles, Elan Masliyah, who is based in TMP's San Francisco office, has been promoted to Vice President of Sales in the company's West region where he will manage the new business team. With his innovative approach and breadth of industry knowledge across media, technology and digital advertising, Elan has a proven sales track record, consistently surpassing his sales goals and expectations of his prospects and clients. In addition, Elan also had great success in developing and launching the company's go-to-market advertising strategy for its programmatic offering.
Brian Di Bartolomeo has been promoted to Senior Vice President of TMP's Central Division, where he will direct the region to meet the needs of its customers and develop its staff. Prior to his new role, he spent four years as the Regional Vice President of TMP's Chicago office where he collaborated with leading organizations on their employment brand, attracted qualified candidates and provided thought leadership on their overall talent acquisition strategies. Brian's expertise focuses on the candidate experience and leveraging technology to drive overall efficiencies across the digital landscape.
With 18 years under her belt at TMP Worldwide, Jennifer Vaughan has been promoted to Vice President of Digital Strategy for North America, where she will lead the entire Digital Strategy team. She will ensure TMP helps its clients solve their hiring goals through the company's digital software and strategies, while driving change within TMP and the industry. Over the years, she has held roles in Account Services, Product Marketing, Digital Strategy and Client Strategy.
Sean Brittain, located in New York, has been promoted to Vice President, Global Product Development and Support, where he will orchestrate the strategic direction of the company's software roadmap, product development and product support. Sean has eight years of experience with TMP Worldwide and in his previous role as Director, Digital Development, he skillfully managed a team of digital project managers, producers and all of TMP's Product Implementation and support for its TalentBrew platform.
