TMMI has named Eric Hernes as its new Chief Technology Officer. Hernes, who recently joined the Company's Advisory Board, has accepted the position to lead TMMI's technology department driving the commercialization of its technology and new product development. The Company has completely re-organized its Executive ranks bringing in Hernes and a team of engineering and programming talent to achieve its objectives in the marketplace.
Hernes, is an engineer and business economist, inventor and product developer with over twenty years of experience in video technology. Notably Mr. Hernes' past achievements include extensive development for LodgeNet Entertainment Corporation in design for interactive on demand movie play back systems, and as the innovator of technology for the color blind to see detail in video otherwise invisible. Hernes is the founder of Audio Video Foundry, LLC and Q Inc.
In accepting the position, Hernes stated, "I am extremely enthused to lead TMMI's vision into market commercialization of its unique core technology coupled with its vision for new and exciting products. Deborah Bello, Controller and Chief Administrative Manager. Ms. Bello is a professional in business support with versatility across numerous financial and business disciplines, with twenty years of experience.
Joe Laxague, General Counsel. Mr. Laxague's practice focuses on securities and business law, including SEC reporting and compliance, public and private offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a graduate of University of Notre Dame law school.
