TMG Health Names Director of Organizational Development and Talent Management

Delgado is responsible for leading the development and implementation of talent management strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement, development and retention. She will oversee three main employee functions: client-direct training and compliance curriculum; instructional design of new hire orientation, professional skills and leadership development programs; and talent management programs including critical role profiling, competency modeling, succession planning, leadership assessment and performance management.

Delgado has more than 14 years of experience in strategic leadership and management of learning and development programs in Fortune 500 organizations. Most recently, she served as Global Learning & Development Manager and Senior Vice President at JP Morgan Chase. Delgado holds an associate's degree in Business Administration from Bergen Community College, Paramus, N.J. and has completed Strategic Human Resources coursework at Cornell University.
Delgado is located in the company's new National Operations Center, Jessup, Pa.
