NASHVILLE, Tenn., Feb. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, American Trucking Associations' Technology & Maintenance Council honored two professionals with its highest honor — the Silver Spark Plug —at the opening of its 2017 TMC Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition.

This year's honorees are: Lou Stumpp, national account manager, fleet services for Navistar, and Rich Carroll, vice president of sales and marketing at Jost International.
