TK Carsites Continues Focus on Auto Retailer Clients

ORANGE, Calif., June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- TK Carsites announced the appointment of Brad Highland as their new Vice President of Operations.  Brad's primary responsibility is oversight of TK's customer facing operations focusing on creating and maintaining a positive experience for TK clients.

Brad brings over eight years of operations experience in the automotive industry to the TK team. Recently he served as the Director of Business Development at KPA, an auto dealer industry leader in providing software and services covering the areas of safety, environmental and human resource compliance.

As an Operations leader, Brad has serviced and/or managed over 2,500 auto dealer customers throughout the United States. At TK, Brad is committed to promoting strong internal process and accountability that will ultimately allow TK to provide an enhanced experience for TK customers.
